I called them to ask for a quote for a bowler hat change on the day and they told me it would cost around € 140-150. The operator came and did his job correctly but the surprise was when he billed us € 214 for 15 'work and the placement of a simple € 55 bowler. When I called to ask the person I had spoken to for an explanation, he told me that he did not know and to speak to the operator. It turns out that this company is an intermediary that commissions without doing the work since the operator who came was really from another company, specifically from Ortu locksmith. This abuse is what has led me to write this review, since I understand that the five or six that it has with five stars will also be false.

They attended us on a Friday at 03:00 when nobody was giving us service and they took us out of a problem that for us at that time was almost dramatic. Very grateful, phenomenal treatment and price given the circumstances we found more affordable than expected. 100% recommendable
