I think there are good professionals, but also employed people who are changing, and there is a lottery. It may be very good or it may be fatal, as has happened to me no less than three times. As cheap as it is, I don't want to play Russian roulette a cut or a dye. I will not come back

In the end if you start adding you it is more expensive than a conventional hairdresser. He told me that he would charge me € 9 for the haircut and then charged me 11..x to wash and cut, without drying or combing later.
