Garbiñe is a great professional, she knows perfectly how she has to work with each body and each injury to improve pain, posture, muscle tone and even personal attitude. My hip and back pain have improved a lot since I went to the center. Private classes are highly recommended because being personalized you get to advance in a very short time, and group classes are very dynamic and well focused for all types of levels.
