The place is beautiful, quiet and very cozy. In these times with so many ups and downs due to the pandemic, I am learning to be more flexible both physically and mentally to adapt to all the changes that life brings me and at Viveka I feel that I am in the perfect place with Carolina. It teaches me to be more aware, listen to my heartbeat, take care of myself and love myself. It is the best time and the right place to allow yourself to give love and find yourself. Grateful to Carolina for helping me give meaning to my life.

Viveka offers a pleasant place to learn and exercise the practice of yoga. Carolina teaches classes full of peace and at the same time dynamic. An entire experience!
