100% recommendable. The monitor, Isabel, a great professional and a true charm. I have full confidence in her, always attentive to how you do the exercise. I notice a great improvement in my back.

Delighted with the classes, the instructor Isabel is charming and makes every session is dynamic. 1h you pass very fast. The sessions are personalized, because it has 3 machines so you can be aware of the individual. It's amazing how well you're noticing your body as you begin classes, I've been since October and am very happy. Invigorates the body and does not increase volume. There have pricing options according to your availability, which makes it more affordable. I recommend 100% sign up for Solo Pilates :-)

I could only go to the beginning, but I plan to return. I have not met a more attentive and better professional monitor in my life. He knows how to relieve your pain. More than recommended.

I usually do Pilates and when I spent a season in Bilbao I missed it. I have gone to four sporadic classes and I loved it. I was assisted by Isabel who shows that she has experience and knows what she does. He left my new back, I'm great.

It is a great center! I recommend to everyone who wants or needs to practice Pilates. The instructor is very good and the facilities are brand new.
