This is the best place to get a hair cut in Bilbao. I spent my entire life going to barbers in the US but no one comes close to how good Javí is. 17€ for the best haircut you’re going to get in your life.

Great spot for a haircut! The owner is the real "Edward scissor hands". Very professional and skilled. No English but haircuts are global!

I needed a new hairdresser to cut my hair, since my hairdresser retired, searching on Google I found Tijerpein since it was one of the best valued, and I was encouraged to make an appointment. I was delighted, it changed my style and I am super happy. I confirm that he is a professional, and as a personal treatment, Javi is a very nice person and you feel comfortable at all times.
