I bought a jewel in which it was a gift for my mother. When she tried it on, she realized that the brooch for such a price of the jewel was not very safe, so the following week we returned to ask if we could change the brooch and we found a clerk who directly did not want to attend us, making a thousand excuses Since it cannot be changed, come back tomorrow that my store manager is ... He left us there in the store and went to attend to another client who had entered, after half an hour the lady came back I told her that because of the bad attention and because of how rude she is doing, she returned the jewel, her answer was that she had to pay € 6 , then again that she couldn't do it (all this screaming) and threatening that we couldn't go back to Tous. In the end, after almost two hours and because I asked him for a letter of claims, he returned the money. Horrible customer service from this saleswoman and bad for Tous for offering this type of customer experience.

In May I went to buy a bracelet at the TOUS Gran Vía store. The bracelet in question was too small for me and we sent it to the workshop to make it a little bigger. I EXPRESSLY requested that they add some rings to better adjust the bracelet, but when they arrived at the store in 15 days, instead of rings they had lengthened the chain. The saleswoman gave me BAD FACE, and told me that they had done it that way because they thought it was better, when I said from the first moment that I preferred some rings. Today, July 4, since May I bought it, ONE MONTH LATER I receive the bracelet. And when I go to pick it up, the saleswoman DOES NOT TEST ME THE BRACELET TO CHECK THAT IT IS OK, I am the one who says sorry, can I try it on? since I was putting it in an envelope to give it to me. HE DOESN'T GIVE ME THE BOX, he gives me THE BRACELET IN AN ENVELOPE, and he tells me that the box had to be given to me in his day, in May when I bought it. But it was not so because when buying the bracelet it was not right and they took it directly to the workshop. THEY MADE ME FEEL FATAL. I ask the girl to please check if the bracelet is registered in my Tous profile and PUT ME UP to check it. He tells me that that had to be done when I bought it, that now there was nothing I could do. Finally he looks at me. It was a NEPHASTIC DEAL. I feel terrible and I don't want this to go unnoticed. I will definitely NOT RETURN to this store. But I want to make it clear that it has only been in the Tous Shop on the Gran Vía in Bilbao. Whenever I have gone to other stores of all the girls have been super-friendly and attentive.
