Establishment corresponding to a chain of dry cleaners with deep roots in the province. Very professional staff, which does not promise impossible. Very compliant, it is rare that they delay the delivery of the garments, although they prefer it if they believe that the garment may look better.

Not at all reliable in terms of the delivery date of the garments or in the collection: wear a wool coat and a leather jacket, the wool coat was delivered to me within the established period and I paid for the collection service. When, with more than three weeks of delay, they warned me finally! of the arrival of the leather jacket, they made me pay both pieces since according to them the company policy is to charge everything to the final delivery, that is to say, the coat I had to pay twice because otherwise I would not have a leather jacket. In short, scammers and very little word in the established deadlines.

This dry cleaner is a disaster, my mother brought a jacket last week and when she went to pick it up it seemed that it had not been touched, it was not ironed and with the stains that it had. They told him to come back a few days after they were going to repeat it, he went to get her yesterday and the jacket was missing, they didn't even know what it was. Today they called you to come by it and when you picked it up you saw that it was better ironed and that the spots had disappeared, but what was your surprise, now it has a bigger stain in the middle of the jacket as if it were from hair dye, and the only thing the girl told her is that they are dedicated to removing stains, not putting them on !!! It is a real shame that no one takes care of this !! Also since it was already paid, they have been unable to pay you back. Not at all recommended to go to this site.
