I recommend that everything you do with this company is always in writing. We spoke with one of the colleagues from Calatayud, to start up a boiler (had to make a change and repair) and to make the maintenance discharge. I do not dedicate myself to this, so I do not know what procedures to follow. First they sent me to the technician and when I asked about the maintenance contract they told me that this had to be done differently and that the repair they had already done had to be paid for in full. I complained because I requested maintenance and they said they would look to see what could be done. Almost a year later, in the midst of a pandemic, with no closing income on my part, they call me to indicate, yes, with good words and a lot of "heart and love" and "the colleague who did not manage well, I will pull his ears ", who had that invoice pending. At that time I gave my account for payment, but that same day I asked them by mail to postpone it when they saw my financial situation. 4 days later the receipt is charged to my account. Thanks for all Gas help

It is a great place and if they do not have what you are looking for they ask you without any problem and then they notify you when they have received it is great

They do not do their job .... they come home, they verify the fault and forget everything ... you don't exist for them anymore
