They don't pick up the phone during their open hours and they don't carry the bottles when you ask for them

I bought a washing machine in the morning and they brought it to me in the afternoon, they installed it and gave me the basic instructions for handling it. Oh, and without raising the price they took the old woman to the clean point. So, I was delighted.
