At Caravanning 2019 we bought our new Itineo and by chance in life we had to go through the workshop. In Camper Park Empordà we have found real professionals. We have been attended to from the start, without excuses, without but and always with spectacular professionalism and kindness (and I can assure you that this does not happen with all distributors). Leaving your new motorhome in the workshop due to problems leaving the factory is a hassle, because it is a very exciting purchase, but I can assure you that Camper Park Empordà has done an impeccable job and management. Joan thank you so much for everything.
I own a Siena 322. They helped me a lot in choosing the model as I had doubts between a couple. We finally chose this one and I am very happy with it.
After-sales service also very good, there were a couple of things badly assembled at the factory and they fixed it quickly
Very friendly and compliant. Unfortunately we were unable to rent the motorhome due to the state of alarm and the money from the reservation was returned to us. We'll be coming back!!!
The motorhome we rented was new and in good condition. During the trip we found some small flaws, but we were able to fix it with the help of Joan, who was available at all times.
In general, we had a good experience, until we were warned on the return that we had some scratches caused by tree branches.
The surprise was with the repair budget, with very disproportionate prices.
The caravan was very clean and practically brand new, so far so good. First thing to keep in mind: if you want to do many kilometers, you will have to pay a supplement of 150 Euros. Second question: don't think about scratching the caravan, as they will take it to fix it in a workshop, which curiously is the same property as the caravan company, with a very inflated budget. Third question, the review of the caravan is not done with the customer in front but, a day later (Try to have photos and videos of how the caravan has been delivered). Finally, the website mentions that it includes all-risk insurance, without specifying a deductible of 1,000 Euros.
