Dear Dandii García, I think that before putting that inappropriate comment you should have contacted the store that sold you the article to explain how to use it correctly or if as you say it does not work, they would give you a solution. Our products have a 2-year warranty, as established by current law. On the other hand, also indicate that at no time have you contacted us through our contact phone number or our email. If you want a solution, please contact us, explain what has happened and we will give you the solution that the store that sold your product has not given you.
