I bought 4 earings with a backing for each. The backings given to me were to large and stuck out at the back. I had not tried on 2 our of 4 earnings which were in their original packaging. The woman at amazing would not swap out the 2 backing, or give me a discount to buy the smaller backings. This was after i had spent a considerable amount of money. Do no go.
Lots of variety and good service, very friendly
I bought an ankle brace as a gift that turned out to be more baggy from the account. They could not shorten it or ask for a shorter one. They also did not return my money (an ankle brace, which is not like a piercing that can cause hygiene problems!), They only gave me the option to exchange it for other items in the store, and with the limitation of some sections I don't know why . While it is true that I bought a beautiful piece and the saleswoman is nice, the return service and / or after-sale solutions is lazy.
Both the service and the quality of the pieces proved to be excellent! I was advised in advance that I could not change the material for hygiene, since I was not sure of the thickness of the pieces, but I found it completely understandable :)
