Me personally it's been 9 years that I have my spa and no problem, a pump to change last year that's it and indeed 10 years ago it was delivered by a guy on a trailer fortunately I was equip a cart, otherwise very well received and very happy that I will buy a new one in a few months for my new project of new house.

Dissatisfied with Sav who did not invite me to send them an email with photos and who did not follow up
Going through tropical spa at least I avoided the high VAT FR and then everything is the same except the price which is clearly cheaper. Always so effective on after sales advice, thank you
The business has closed. The brand was taken over by tropicale spa..which does not guarantee spas purchased before!
Affected customers like me are therefore cheated.
Who to turn against? ..
The hotel has improved for 2 years. Friendly staff, decent meals, television in several languages. Negative room not soundproofed.
