In the 10th century, a Romanesque style chapel was added to the Castle of Argimón. In 1420 the hermitage was burned in a revolt and although its reconstruction was attempted, it was not until the 18th century that the current hermitage was built in the same place where the castle stood, still preserving some remains of it. The ascent is made by a forest track, and both on foot and by bicycle, it is a pleasant and calm walk, although it is advisable to bring water. Once we arrive, we find a barbecue construction that is out of use, and next to it the path to reach the hermitage. This is closed and we can only go up to its terrace by some side stairs to see the landscape.
