A few months ago my mother bought a television at this establishment and paid insurance for it. In the month of October the television broke down and my mother asked them to comply with the insurance she paid and to check the television. It took them a long time to come looking for him at home. They said let's go from Monday to Thursday and they didn't come and so on for two weeks. Recently, they have called her because they were finally going to bring him, and they were supposed to come from 10 to 14 hours but what happened, they have not come and yet they have had time to call her on the phone and speak badly to her. Very poor service.

Be careful with the guarantees they offer you, then it turns out that nothing that happens "comes in" ... they deceived me !! That is not the guarantee I am referring to, if not the one you offered me, increasing it in several years and which according to you covered any problem that arose .... Do not try to confuse people.

I like the Sonae brand but the truth is that the Torrelavega Worten was out of stock on a key day like kings. That leaves a lot to be desired from a great platform.

They sell a defective product and wash their hands, I have a month of complaints and I'm going to eat the TV, the worst after-sales service I've seen in the big chains, if you need any electronic product, run away
