My review refers to the hairdressing service. Today we have had my dog's hair trimmed a bit and the result has been horrible. They have shorn him like a sheep, you can see the lines where the machine has passed, a complete disaster. I have been charged € 30 for a completely poor and unprofessional service. That result I know how to do, if I go to a professional it is so that they can give the dog a good haircut and not this destruction. Very unhappy and very sad. With the veterinary service there is no problem, they are wonderful, but the dog grooming is a horror.

A long-time client, today I came to look for the recipe for Bravecto for fleas and ticks (since they have to be sold by specialists, with a veterinary prescription), after enduring on the street with the cold of December, more than 30 minutes, When I enter the clerk, what is on the counter, she does not want to give it to me (if she can sell), I say "no" You are much more expensive than the distributors of veterinary products, she calls the boss and says give it to him: he asks me for the data and then He asks me for € 3 for the recipe. Very professional and unbeatable treatment, empathic with the animals and with the owners. I took my kitten there for different reasons and when she was already very ill and there was not much else to do, she did not try to prolong her life much more to get more financial benefit, thus avoiding prolonging her suffering. I'm sure that in some other clinic they would have tried to trick me into getting a little more money (I say this because it already happened to me) but here they are first and foremost honest and you can see that they like animals. The new vet, Carla, very nice and professional too, and Angela the hairdresser the same. A 10 for all. Thank you
