This gym in the training area is very well equipped, with a large mirror for shade, good and different bags, a ring and then minimal and functional gym equipment at the entrance, (materials such as helmets, gloves and so I did not see them but they will have). What I did not like was the classes, I am a martial arts practitioner and I am going to give my opinion, the class was basic, the monitor was more to find me the fault than to correct my friend (above it was the first time), I said I wanted to learn how to dodge, and in the whole class he did not teach me one, when you are new as in the case of my friend you have to do plenty to take the technique as everyone knows and then hit the bag when you have it The technique, because my friend could not, they could do without knowing nah, I explained it to him, then they put him with the bag without having thrown anything more than what I told him and then they put a high intensity circuit . During this the power went out. The changing rooms are the minimum, some benches to leave things (no lockers) and then some showers in which the hot water did not work. Training partners who had no respect for me that this was what bothered me the most. I give it a star because I liked the circuit.
