Mazda vitoria is shameful !! I have a cx7 from 2012 and with 78,000 km, the dpf whistle came on and they tell me that the chain has been stretched ... I had never heard a chain stretch in my life. Total that the joke is € 1000, 200 from the chain and everything else of labor that has risen to € 80 ... almost nothing. And on top of that, having to put up with the impertinences of the workshop manager, a certain Angel, who tells the other boy that he is also the workshop manager, not to waste time giving explanations, that if he does not agree to take him to another workshop, with a bravado and arrogance to worry. In Mazda Spain they wash their hands, the guarantee is 3 years or 100,000km, whichever comes first. What a disappointment of brand and service. Of shame !!! I am looking forward to fixing it, to put it on sale !!! But of course Mazda Vitoria, I do not take it for a joke!
Terrible service, you take the car under warranty to fix and the only thing they do is make you dizzy and not fix anything at the time of delivery of the car, they return it to you with more failures. Nothing recommendable.

They think that only their time has value, you call by phone to ask for a price, you ask for it in writing and they do not send it to you. When you go there with the price they have given you by phone, it turns out that it is not that price, that it was another model, that it was financed, that if the grandmother smokes a pipe ......... Totally lost afternoon . They are not transparent at all with the offers they give you over the phone. I do not recommend it
