Terrible experience, lack of professionalism, incompetent, LIAR and an attitude of neglect, such carelessness that by not doing a procedure that belonged to the insurance company, more specifically to our mediator who was him. They seized our accounts, we let him know as soon as we found out and we told him that he had not corrected the problem, he said yes, then we called AXA and he told us that there was no open file with our reference (HE HAD LIED TO US). In short, it's a good thing that we take care of the process and finally we solved it. All this happened on 6/19/20 to today 11/13/20 I still do not have an answer from you, not even to have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience. Think very well before taking their services.
