Also, for my work (teacher), I really value the worries that save me: I ask for the book and they take care of sending it so that my students have it the next day anywhere in the country. No incident in years.
When I get home I see that one of the books I bought is broken. The seller did not tell me anything about it even though he was aware, since he put a piece of fixo to disguise the broken. After the incident the seller contacted me and came personally to my home to bring me a new copy. Very correct after-sales service.
