I have gone to leave the car as I do every month. I am a worker at the shopping center and she tells me that she doesn't give me a discount, ok I understand. I tell him to do the detailed cleaning, which says € 20 in the price list, and he tells me that he charges me € 28 because the car is very dirty, when other times I have taken it much dirtier than now and they have charged me € 20. My feeling is that the boy had little desire to work, because I told him if he could clean it up and he already put a bad face on me. I will not return to this site nor will I of course recommend it to anyone else.

Today we were calling before we were told to leave the car and they would see if they could wash it, on arrival there were 4 workers and only 1 car. We arrived after 2 hours and had not washed the car because they say they had a lot of work and they tell us to remove the car that is going to park another one (that if they are going to wash) ... incredible we are going back home with the car without to wash. Bad attention and expensive prices with a cleaning finish that leaves much to be desired for other days that we have taken taking the detail wash of € 32 we had to rectify many faults and areas without cleaning the vehicle. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

This is how the upholstery was, totally burned and damaged. They have no idea of cleaning upholstery, they do not even do a proper cleaning of the car in general, if you do not want to be destroyed or even think about taking the car to these incompetent and informal. AS TO YOUR ANSWER: I understand that they defend themselves of something they know perfectly well that they did wrong, in fact they were so aware of it that they proposed me as a solution to return the cleaning money in exchange for not putting the claim sheet, which of course, I did not agree. Now it turns out that it makes the years of the vehicle an excuse, to begin with if it were as bad as it says directly they would not have accepted to clean it if it was so clear that the result was going to be that, but of course it's the only easy excuse they can use to wash their image. Anyway, with the images that I have contributed, you can clearly see the damage they did and the terrible quality of their services. I just hope they do not continue spoiling the tapestries of the cars, whether they are new or those of 10 years ago, since unlike you, any professional would know how to treat them. It is clear with his answer that what they do have is a lot of face and little embarrassment ...
