Bad service, even worse attention, zero professionalism, lousy experience I could go on to describe but they would all be in the same vein, very disappointed, especially because of the lack of professionalism. They lose tooth molds, treatments are delayed forever. If you read my comment go to another dentist, I wish I had known not to go.

I have 3 calls in an afternoon for an appointment and they have not picked up the phone. I skip the call to the switchboard and there they do not know how to solve my doubts.

Horrible experience! I DO NOT recommend this site to anyone, not my worst enemy. Orthodontics is very bad there, 3000 € to enter the appointment and they only change the wire and give me rubber bands without the specialist telling me in 1 year how I am or how I am doing. It seems that it does not have a tongue or is it because it has no idea what it does. Run away from there, please.

They do not pick up the phone if they want to explain, you go to the clinic and they do not open the door for you, on the web if you call them at 900, they do not answer and even less by mail. In social networks, his "wonderful" communication team is dedicated to blocking users who comment negatively and deleting comments without giving explanations. They have not even bothered throughout the months in which they were not working due to the state of alarm to send an email explaining how the reopening would work, appointments are lost, treatments to measure ... If already before the state alarm to give you an appointment you had to spend several days to get the phone and appointments were given for two or three months .. now I do not even want to imagine. If they start working one day, of course .... It smells like the iDental case of "I take your money and disappear" that pulls back. I hope I'm wrong. Of course, to advertise on TV they do have time!
