When you arrive at the funeral home, they do not offer condolences to anyone, they only give you papers to sign. With the problem that we have of the Corona virus they tell us that the allowed capacity is 25 people, being my surprise that when we go to the 1st floor in the common hall for all the rooms there are more than 40 people and with voices that seemed like a chicken coop without rooster. And without an employee showing up to say to keep a little quiet. I tell this to one of the reception workers and she answers that they don't have to go up to the 1st floor and even less so that they are silent. I had to ask for the book of condolences, the receptionist answering in a bad way that they could not put it because of the covid issue, and I answered him then as in the next room they have it, for a few minutes she remains silent and Then he answers is that they have asked for it. Due to the covid they close at 23:00 At 22:00 I go to reception to tell him to close the room that we are leaving. Answering the receptionist as if it were not with the voucher we will close it and with it he can talk on the phone without asking if we wanted something else. The website is not updated, they report that it is open 24 hours when the doors close at 23:00
