The best decision was to choose this center to do Pilates. To highlight, the knowledge of the technique by the teachers, their professionalism and their kindness and closeness in the treatment. The atmosphere is great and in a short time I have noticed a great improvement in my physical condition. I declare myself addicted to Pilates thanks to Amada and Barbara.
