Totally recommendable I have been practicing yoga with Laura since November and am in awe of my own progression. The explanation of the exercises is clear, as well as the selection that Laura prepares for each class. I find the way in which he focuses the class at the beginning through a meditation is super effective, and how this meditation varies to teach me different techniques and explore which one works best for me. Furthermore, Laura is totally flexible and adapts to my circumstances whenever possible. We are currently practicing yoga online and the classes are great; with her, everything always flows! Thanks, Laura!
