I went to a summer exchange in Alicante for 2 months and I used gym Atlas during my stay. I strongly recommend gym atlas because they have modern training methods ( I gained 2 kg of clean lean mass each month). Moreover, the environment is friendly specially with foreigners students. I have been in other gyms and must say never felt so welcome as I was in gym atlas. All in all, gym atlas is certainly the best place where you can progress while making good friends in Alicante.

They are almost a small family and although the machines are very old and need a tune-up, the atmosphere and energy is fantastic, old school 💪✌️
