Bárbara is not only a fantastic teacher she is also an incredible person and she cares enormously about her students helping them to achieve their objectives . I started in Minimal Studio Pilates in September and I am feeling so much better , I have gained a lot of flexibility and strength and I can't wait to go back tomorrow . Thanks so much

I have been working out for many years, and this class and the instructor Barbara is the best class that I have ever taken . She even translates for me into English, as my Spanish is basic. Her small group class is personal and allows each student to have attention and correction. Barbara makes sure that we do the movements correctly and safely ! Therefore, it’s for all ages and abilities. The atmosphere is wonderful, so much better than big, impersonal classes/ gyms! There is no need to look further for a Pilates class... you have found it with Minimal Studio Pilates . I leave her class feeling better and stronger every time !

Very professional and friendly Pilates studio - skilled and lovely instructor. Full of energy and excellent diverse classes with reformer, great workout. Highly recommended!

It is a real pleasure to go to this Pilates studio, cleaning, attention. And a personalized treatment, Its situation in the Center of Alicante, allows us to go in the Means of transport that we prefer, I personally go by bicycle. A 10
