They have keys that you cannot find elsewhere in Alicante. I have used this shop several times in the last 4 years and I have always had friendly and knowledgeable service. I have read some of the reviews that complained about rude service - I have always had very courteous service and I barely speak Spanish! I just called to ask a question about a lock I bought at another shop - the clerk had no obligation to help me but he took a few minutes and explained my options to return to the other store for help. He took time to explain to me about the licensing requirements for each store that sells locks. Very useful information and very helpful. I will be returning this week to buy a different lock for an old door that I was not able to find anywhere except at Dilmar.
Very professional and good service. My car remote control broke and they changed it for a new one in a few minutes and at a good price. The only flaw is that the store is always packed with people and you have to have a little patience until they serve you.
They repaired a Peugeot key. In another store they told me that it could not be repaired and they wanted to make me a new key and much more expensive than here. Superb service and very fast. In 20 minutes I had my key ready. Save me a fortune. Fully recommended, professionals. Thank you.
They advised me very well to change all the bowlers in my house for KESO 8000 bowlers and of course I bought them from them. The only downside was that there was a lot of queue in the store and I had to wait a long time but in the end the deal and the price was what made me happy. I totally recommend them. Professional and trustworthy service, they solved all the doubts I had.
The job done right. But € 2 for a normal locker key seems excessive to me. For copies of traditional keys it is not worth going here, in any hardware store they make it the same and they charge you half.
