Terrible service. Impossible to contact the Laura García store. He does not answer emails, nor does he pick up the phone. Opacity in terms of providing information.
After a month (they told us 10 days) and having the masons waiting, the day they were finally going to deliver it to us (there are still things missing from the order), he sends us a message to say that there is a problem with the shipping and no longer we know nothing again.
Our incomplete order (postage paid), is spinning, you know why and they delay us another week. What will be next?
There are many material stores, please think about it before buying here. Be careful with who attends you because it can turn into a nightmare.
I will never buy anything again. Illegal return policy, do not inform, and lie. Terrible customer service. They sell financing without interest, and they charge you 18 euros to open. Commercials who have no idea, and not reporting this is ILLEGAL. also they do not inform you that you cannot change an order, even though it is in their warehouse, without having been delivered to the customer (to me). And they don't give you solutions either, they defend everything that it's not their fault.
