Horrible company ..... I was there some 10 days ago.....there was a note hanging ....comming in 5 min... Well i waited 20 min .....then a woman came..... Then i was told that the woman that just came had an appointment and i had to come back the day after .... Wow .....horrible customer service ........ Now they answer ......and give a Covid-19 excuse....... If you only work on appointment ......write that on the door ....... Ps .....i was there 20 min .....and it was written we will be back in 5 min ......

The worst agency in Alicante if you want to avoid a fine, better not go to them, they are not at all professional they have no interest in anything other than to charge you every month, in my case I received two fine from the Treasury even doing everything right but you can see that the Mrs. María José who is incompetent and irresponsible did not do her job well, they tell you that you have to make an appointment and no one answers the phone, terrible lousy the worst of Alicante is in this agency
