The library itself is fine, but there are times that it smells like a sewer and to be in the center is not very big, besides the security people of this (most) when booking the room make excuses for this and if It does not seem right to them that they tell the previous ones to book so that they are not others.
The library is one of the best where I've been. Individual tables with their own light, very few people and silence is very well maintained. The pity is that the schedule is somewhat reduced
I do not know if they have closed it definitively, because the times I have been there it puts the same sign of "today we will remain closed"
