The site is great but when there are no people. Since the person in charge does not put any kind of order. Right now I am here and there is more noise than in the courtyard of a school. Since you can listen to the conversations of others at several tables away.
My opinion is that they spend too much resources on centers and on people who do not take them into consideration.
The library is beautiful and complete although in recent years it has been missing updating some books.
I love this place, it is wonderful.
But the service to the public is decadent, there are five librarians who are dedicated to chattering, you tell them to please be silent and they answer you in bad ways. They are rude and rude, on top of that they talk bothering people they have the hard face of responding badly to the client.
