The library in my neighborhood seems to be the only one in the city where you cannot sit down and study quietly with a mask and a safety distance during covid times. It is only open for the loan of books. Of shame.

The librarian is an arrogant and impertinent person who treats library users with an air of superiority. To serve the public, you have to have social skills that this lady does not have

Very pleasant to be with and you can take novels that you have at home and "donate" so that others can read

Apart from that the reception is in the same study room and with that when they call by telephone, the sound distracts you, the receptionist speaks quite loudly without caring at all. On the other hand, users are increasingly disrespectful to others, drag chairs, mobile phones ringing all the time each time they receive messages, etc. A pity because the Library itself is very good.
