Ideal place to get depressed. It fulfills all its functions and is one of the best libraries in the area, however, when you enter the study room, you get depressed about what you have to do inside. Everything about housekeeping and concierges, great.

It is one of the best examples I know of of public service. They have offered the Study Room service throughout the summer, in addition to the loan of books, with all the necessary safety and hygiene measures in these times. Professional and friendly officials. Other municipalities should follow the same example.
