INEFFICIENT UNTIL SAY ENOUGH. They do not send me the proof of payment of my receipts, I call by phone to change the address of one of them (with which they charge the amount in account one month before the end of the term and, therefore, they collect before and without effort to their clients, the town halls) and after giving it to my blood group (full name, ID, postal address, telephone, email ... all coinciding with their database) they tell me that if I do not have a receipt in front to continue giving you information, the direct debit does not change me, to go to an office. I enter, again on its website, and I read that by phone you can provide receipts. I call again and tell the same woman what I have seen on the Internet to which she replies that the receipt she can give me does not help me to request the change of address ... really? Well, nothing, as they are soooo efficient, I will have to lose at least two hours of my working time (only open from L to V from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) to change the direct debit ...

You give bad information to facilitate the procedures for the citizen. More than one should do a course of attention to the taxpayer or devote himself to something else ... I hope that karma will return your kindness.

They should do something with the lady at the entrance. It is a bit shocking that you attend SUMA a lady of 60 years, with a certain EMO resemblance, black lips ... Apart from their forms that leave much to be desired.
