Javier is wonderful. The last time my granny didn't eat anything, it was slowly fading and she needed to run something to revive her. In less than half an hour I already had, on request, the vanilla shakes - the only flavor that my yayi tolerates. I wish I wasn't so shy because I would have loved to be able to thank him. Instead, my shyness made me look haughty, raise my head, and be very, very distant. Nothing further from what I really wanted to show. Hopefully one day I can thank Javier and his team for their kindness. For my part, very happy to have such helpful and helpful pharmaceutical neighbors. They are pure delivery. By the way, my granny is much better thanks to her attentive and priceless service !!

I asked for a master formula from a Veterinary recipe and they had a mistake when preparing it adding an excipient that was not suitable for the animal and they wanted to show me that it had been a matter of bad luck. At least they had to have recognized the failure, not to think things that are not. I add in response to your reply that when the veterinarian contacted you, they confirmed that it had been a mistake. They probably use this excipient for other uses, since investigating and asking people in the sector, it is indeed used mainly in cosmetics. And in animals, as a repellent for cutaneous use. Anyway, I hope all this serves to learn and improve.
