In January 2017, I went to San Jorge Fisioterapia y Rehabilitation recommended by my gym. I had a severe pain in my back, shoulder and arm..The pain was excruciating and I had major problem sleeping. In every position that I rested my arm. I was getting excruciating pain!!
On my first appointment, Raul made a full assessment and advised me of the problems and treatments. In the first two weeks, I had three treatments each week. Then I was screaming because of the pain!! Raul could see that I was in severe pain and treated me with care. After the first six weeks, there was improvement and I was becoming more mobile. It took months to release all the knotted muscles! It was in the autumn last year that I was fully recovered!!
I still have my regular checkups. The surgery is spacious and relaxing too. Raul is very professional, understanding and caring. He is highly recommended!!

Raúl is a sweetheart! He is a bit of a professional, I had a hip pain for months and he immediately located my pain and got the pain to repeat and thanks to the exercises I managed to make it disappear completely! Confidence, professionalism and closeness, you cannot ask when it comes to a physio that you always go with so much fear. A 10 thousand thanks !!
