Ana Maria! Was our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and very bubbly, her English was on point and she recommended us great places to have food. I'm surprised free tours would be so worth it. Thank you ana! See you when We're back with our parents next summer.

!! DO NOT USE THIS SERIVCE !! THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION!!! I booked the city tour days in advance, the day before received the email confirming all meeting point and time. I arrived 15 mins before and met more 5 other people who booked same tour. We waited and no one turned up. We called and they said to wait that the guide was on the way. We waited for 25 mins after the due time 11:00am and we called again. The person said that the next tour would start at 12:00 and limit of 6 people, so we were all let down. We had to call them, no one inform us what was going on, then after half an hour delay, they tell us that the tour would not going ahead. The guide did not pick up the call, they could not explain what was the matter neither had anyone to replace this unprofessional tour guide letting 6 people waiting without any justification. Do not use this services, you will waste your time and will be disrespected as no one called or contacted me, one of us had to call many times to them to understand what was going on. Really poor service. I will put other reviews on other sites as they will do the same to others they did to me, they ruined my free day as had other things that could be doing or booked something else. Indeed they are careless about your time and plans to visit Alicante.

I did the 11:00 tour and 20:00 tour on the same day with David. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and really considerate (especially in the heat!). I will definitely book more tours next time I come!

Enyojed the tour guided by lovely Maria. A lot of info about history of Alicante. She gave a lot of tips where to go and eat also some useful info regarding the life during covid.
