I bought the 4G + 2 INTERNET SURVEILLANCE CAMERA KIT HD + SIM DATA 3GB. Although the price is higher than anywhere else, I decided to buy it in this store, since according to its website it indicates that it is configured and that they also give support for free. Specifically, this pack does not come configured, since logically you have to download an app, and then perform the configuration (although in an easy and simple way). I called by phone and they told me that the support is via wassap. I wrote to them via wassap and after indicating the connection problems they indicated that a technician will contact me. By not contacting, I returned to communicate via wassap, again to identify myself and tell the problem. In the end, they were unable to solve the problem and no technician contacted me, since the conversation was with the person who attends the wassap and in turn must make the consultations to the technician. They insisted that the problem was configuration, but they did not tell me where the error could be. Configuration could not be, because it accessed the camera, but it stayed black (buffering), but it could be moved. I tried another router, and it worked fine. When indicating that the problem would be the rooter or the coverage of the card that is included, they did not offer me any alternative. I indicated to them that then it was not useful for what I wanted, and therefore I would return it. In that sense they have not put any problem, but of course I have to pay the return costs of something that does not work for me and that they have not even given me support. Given the current economic situation, I think they should better defend their sales. They seem to care about losing a sale / customer. The cameras look good, only that the version is from 2019, so in night vision they only have infrared LEDs, not like the 2020 versions that are improved and that incorporate white LEDs, to have a color night vision.

Very good deal, fast shipping and support, they care about their customers. Very happy with the purchase of the alarm and the attention received.
