Took my phone in and they said it would need a new battery, took my email and phone number. Went back after a week and no contact this time they said it was the main board and would be €160 if i wanted it repaired, I said ok and waited another week. Went back again this time it was something else and would be €220 I gave up. They cannot diagnose the problem just change the odd part etc, wasted a lot of time.

I had my smartophone and my wife's with several breakdowns and totally out of warranty. I took them there and in less than an hour they solved everything and for much less than what they asked me in other places. Highly recommended.

What an attitude!!! Yesterday I went to this place thinking it was a genuine apple shop!!! What a mistake. I bought an adaptor as the man advised that this was what I needed. I believed it was complete with the lead (the part I actually needed) The man would not provide a receipt for it. Today when I returned it to get the correct part the man unpleasantly informed me that he would not change it as it had been opened. How else was I to find out that it was the wrong thing when the picture shows the part and the lead!!! The box and adaptor are immaculate. Such dreadful customer service from an imposter. I could have bought the same fake adaptor (that I have no use for) from a Chinese bazaar for a fraction of the price that this imposter charged...and I still need to buy the lead I asked for in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BE WARNED!!!!!

Terrible Service. The man in the shop told me they would repair my phone within 2 days and that they would phone me with a price before fixing it. Three days later I contacted them and they hadn't even looked at it yet. They didn't have a price for me ho much it would cost and didn't seem to have any idea when they would be able to fix it. Unless it is something simple like a change of cracked screen, I wouldn't bother going to them.

Fatal service on March 7, my husband fixed the screen of a mate 20 mobile, they fixed it by charging him € 247 because they told us it was worth it and right in the confinement, one day it begins to fail without having hit him, in fact the screen It is not broken or has any bumps. We take it to the shopping center and they tell us to let them look at it when I pick it up again the boy tells me that if I want him to fix it that they charge me half, when the mobile is still under warranty and he answers that it is a pressure problem, It seems to me a fatal service at least if not they can arrange it to give me my money back but do not cheat. In fact I have put up a claim sheet.
