The battery in my Macbook needed replacing. I tried the Apple Authorised shops in Valencia, where they wanted 2 weeks to do it! I very fortunately found and trusted Blas to do this for me. Communication was prompt and efficient from the outset. As well as being charming and friendly, Blas is a consummate professional. His work was thorough - going above and beyond what many others would have done.
