Before they reformed their shop they had really friendly and helpful staff. Now they have changed the store they seem to have changed the staff and they spend all their time chatting and not helping customers. My mum and I were trying to test a cologne on the shelf, as it was marked TESTER, we did not move our masks at all, I sprayed it on my wrist and put my wrist slightly up a bit closer to my face and the woman came over very rudely telling us we have to ask if we want to smell the colognes. I said OK but I didn't move my mask at all, so all I did that might have been wrong was to pick it up (it said tester on it), she said yes but you have to ASK. There was no signage to communicate that was the rule and thet ignored us the whole time we were in the shop until that point. We had sanitized our hands as we entered the shop. I said right ok and asked if she could help us find 2 different perfumes that I was looking for, to which she just said no, no they didn't have them. Won't be going in there again, the selection was rubbish and the staff were rude. Much prefer Atalaya downstairs.

To bright noisy music. Items you cannot reach on the shelves. Staff not well informed about products.

I always by my perfume and eye liner there wen I go to Spain. Very nice perfumería. 🎁
