Compact is the right name for it, it is crammed full. It is easy to access and has plenty of parking. As it is small compared to some stores, it hasn't got major building materials, but will suit most DIYers. Staff friendly and helpful
Just returned from Leroy Merlin Ondara and we spoke with a young lady called Marta who gave us exceptional service with a smile. We wanted a couple of things which were not available to buy online but were showing in stock in one of their stores in Valencia. Marta managed to source these items from a central warehouse saving us a trip to Valencia. All done smoothly and efficiently, makes you want to shop there again.
Giving 1 star, as -5 is not an option.
The poorest service I've ever witnessed, apart from being treated like I have no brain.
I've ordered a product which was supposed to arrive on the date indicated on the invoice. However, the product never arrived and it was never delivered to me. Hence, I want to return it and get my money back. Unfortunately, both the department manager and store manager treated me like I can't read the clause on the back of the invoice. Namely, Leroy Merlin promises delivery on the date indicated on the invoice.
Hence, I insisted they return my money as I did not receive any product on the indicated date. Obviously, the result was that they denied any responsibility and they kept telling me my product arrived but I was to blame because I did not pick my phone up (they never called)!
All in all, the service is beyond terrible, unacceptable, abominable and thousands of miles away from the idea of "good customer care".
If you want to be treated extremely bad, having the staff ridiculing you, being lied to in your face and being denied what is yours, then yes, Leroy Merlin is your shop. Otherwise, I strongly discourage you from ever stepping a foot inside.
I want my money back for the product AND service I paid but never received.
Staff know nothing about their job don't ask them for help they are useless
Great place! Massive range of just about everything you need for home and garden, always plenty of friendly and helpful staff on hand to help locate items and give advice.
