While we were fully in the search process of a second Spanish home we found the website of Annemarie and her husband where she offers all kinds of legal and 'gestor' support in Spain/Valencia. Getting her on the phone and making an appointment was a walk in the park, her explanation about the services she offered very clear and the visit to her office in Denia easy and fruitful. She helped us in all stages quickly and adequately - even outside of office hours. A reliable helping hand, proactive suggestions and very friendly treatment. Good price/performance, strongly recommended. We would and will choose her support again in the future! Wish we had such professionals in the Netherlands...

VERY satisfied with this agency. We have built with these people and could always count on their agreements. Everything was followed up to perfection and forwarded to us in (Belgium). To build or buy a house, these people can certainly be trusted and they work with very beautiful and solid materials, highly recommended !!! They also help you to arrange all associated papers and affairs. Even afterwards it is not too much for them to take care of things and we think this is very important because we do not speak the language. We are staying in our holiday home in Denia from February and are proud and full of praise for our beautiful modern house. We are very grateful to Annemarie, Roberto and Companie.

A warned person counts for two !! My experience with this company is not very positive. Complaints : - people do not honor their agreements - there is no catagorical answer to phone calls and / or e-mails - copies of relevant documents are not provided, making it impossible to ascertain what has actually been done - no "ownership" for own (incorrect) action If you were looking for a law firm to look after YOUR interests, I would go a little further.

Bad experience with this agency in Denia. Does not honor appointments, does not respond to emails and phone calls. And does not forward documents regarding tax assessments, which meant that we had to pay hefty fines.
