I write this recommendation as after a time has lapsed from my encounter with this office, I feel I need to do so. This office Miguel Angel Piano is basically run by a person called Emilio. Emilio works in the place of Miguel Angel Piano. This person is rude, he definitely has a huge chip on his shoulder of grandeur. His whole attitude not only affects the person he is representing, but also the person whose doing the transaction with his client. To the point where it affects everyone involved, even to the extenct of the other client´s lawyer, banks involved, etc. Emilio shows lack of professionalism towards his own client by making his airs of grandeur more important than his client´s needs. By doing this he affects a sale/purchase of a property to the point where the whole transaction is in jeopardy for not doing the task the "Emilio Way" which is not necessarily the correct way, it´s just his big ego way. I would not recommend the services of this office whilst it is run by this person. We all need lawyers but lawyers who check the validity of a contract, the legalities of a purchase, the issues within a divorce but never, never, a lawyer who wants everyone to jump to his music even to the extenct of making difficulties for his own client´s transaction and making his own client loose a sale. This is not correct, I will never use this office.
