They try to adapt the security measures for COVID but at the same time always adapting to our needs. Incredible human attention !!

Effective and efficient tax office where there are ... I have been attended with all the security measures in less than 10 min. The management resolved in less than 15 min ... Nothing to do with the telephone service, really an exemplary Office.

I was in this office to process some tax matters. The staff who attended me did not know the tax law, they were ineffective using the tools of the office (half an hour to find me the data of a property, something that anyone at home does in 40 seconds) and at all times transmitting bad personal treatment . Faced with this situation, I request the presence of the director of the office and I personally convey my disagreement, to my surprise he treats me in very bad manners and before this I request to make a claim. Now for the good news, they try to deceive me by offering me invalid claim sheets! Again I request the good claim sheets, they have no choice but to provide them to me and I make two claims, one for the terrible service and the other for trying to deceive me with these false sheets. Of course, I have reported the facts to other organizations and to the central tax administration headquarters. So if you have to do business in this office, be very careful. Ineffectiveness, rudeness, zero respect and of course a shame for society.
