Camping los Llanos

Horrendous customer service & VERY expensive! And facilities closed. In the summer my partner was doing a course & my teenage son & his friend came to stay in the RV with me, so we parked at Los Llanos for the 2 weeks. We had to book for the 3rd person, which is understandable. However it turned out my son & his friend wanted to stay in Jalon at his Aunt's house where his cousin was, for almost all of the trip (they stayed in the RV for 3/15nights!) I let them know at reception, right at the beginning, that there would be only me staying in the RV for most of the stay. The guy told me to write down what happened over the next 2 weeks & keep a record, which i did. When my partner came back & the kids had gone back to the UK, we went to settle the bill & handed in my record I'd kept & they basically accused me of lying, saying I couldn't prove which nights he was there for & not there for! And offered me NO refund!!!! They even laughed when I said I'd spoken to someone at the beginning, but couldn't name the guy I'd spoken to!!!! The campsite cost €400 more than our other option, for the 2 weeks because they had facilities, like the pool table, which turned out to be closed anyway!!! We went there because it would be good for the teenagers....& they didn't even stay there! Which wouldn't have been so bad, had the campsite refunded the extra €120 for the 2 of them!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service...& to be accused of lying! So unimpressed!! It ruined our last month in Spain before we headed to Portugal. They really don't have a clue about customer service! We may have stayed there again if we hadn't had such a terrible experience & would have recommended it to our friends. STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND!!

We stayed in a 4-6 person cabin just one night. Reasonable prices, clean and orderly

Camping itself clean and very nice. Lidl is very close to it. Very good pool. Beach is not very clean because no one taking care of it. Untidenes is natural.

Such a great experience. The staff was so helpful. We had all the facilities in a great atmosphere. I will go back without hesitation!
