Magnificent library with an impressive bibliographic collection for a municipality of these dimensions. The building is spectacular and historic and the attention is perfect.
A place to visit if you come to Llerena

This beautiful library is located in front of the church of Santiago, occupying the building where the chapel of the old Hospital of San Juan de Dios was located. Its construction dates back to 1759, endowing it with a Baroque style doorway and a porticoed patio with four galleries, which is what is used as a municipal library, and which we can access to visit it, and even take photographs, always keeping the due respect and silence. The opening hours are from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm during the winter season and from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm during the summer season.
It is very beautiful if you are going to see it, but if you are going to use it take a blanket because you are dying of cold and do not put the heating. I am not going to approve the oppositions because my brain is going to freeze from studying here 🥶
