I have tried to contact the store by phone and the website for example in the spring dress section is empty. Does the web work normally?

They have a disastrous return policy: they didn't let me know that I only had 10 days to return the clothes and in Christmas time (with holidays there!) And they didn't even give me a ticket because they told me that being a "town" store It wasn't necessary, so when I went to exchange it I couldn't even show when I had bought it. Result: my money thrown away! and one less customer of course. The town shops (as the owners call it) are characterized by being much more flexible !!
